Welcome to the Arkansas State Vehicle Safety Program sponsored by the Department of Finance and Administration and the Arkansas Insurance Department. This program is intended to insure that all state employees who drive on state business, in a state owned vehicle or are reimbursed for driving a private vehicle have valid drivers licenses and good driving records.

First Time Users

Authorization to use this program must be obtained from DF&A.  Each agency will be required to have a confidentiality agreement on file before access will be granted.  Upon authorization, a user name and password will be issued by the Information Network of Arkansas.  Please contact DF&A at 501-683-0984, 501-682-2075 (fax), or via email at drivingrecords@dfa.arkansas.gov for more information.
