Dear Judge Bullock:

In your status as Circuit/Chancery Judge, you have sought an advisory opinion with regard to a pending motion for recusal.

In our Opinions # 91-06 and 92-01, we concluded that the Committee should not address such motions which are "issues of law" to be resolved in an adversary setting, not in an advisory committee.

Accordingly, we are not able to respond to your specific request.
