Rep. Ray Kidd of Jonesboro is in his second term representing District76, which is composed of a part of Craighead County. Rep. Kidd is assistant speaker pro tempore for the state's 1st District Caucus, one of four assistant speakers appointed by Speaker of the House Benny C. Petrus.

For the 86th General Assembly, Rep. Kiddalso is a member of the House City, County and Local Affairs Committee and the House Public Transportation Committee. He also serves on the Legislative Council and is an alternate on the Joint Performance Review Committee.

Rep. Kidd is self-employed in the antiques business, Ray's Antiques. He is a member of the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Nettleton Lions Club. He is a Methodist. He and his wife Janane have two sons, Roger and Christopher.

Rep. Pam Adcock of Little Rock is in her second term representing District 35, which is composed of a part of Pulaski County. Rep. Adcock is assistant speaker pro tempore for the state's 2nd District Caucus, one of four assistant speakers appointed by Speaker of the House Benny C. Petrus.

For the 86th General Assembly, Rep. Adcock also is a member of the House Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee and the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. She also serves on the Legislative Council and is an alternate on the Joint Committee on Advanced Communications and Information Technology.

Rep. Adcock is director of a community center and a member of the Little Rock Planning Commission. She is a member of the Church of Christ. She and her husband Frank have three children, Traci, Kelli and Jeremy, and a grandson, Ryan.

Rep. Roy Ragland of Marshall is in his second term representing District 90, which is composed of Madison and Newton counties and part of Searcy County. Rep. Ragland is assistant speaker pro tempore for the state's 3rd District Caucus, one of four assistant speakers appointed by Speaker of the House Benny C. Petrus.

For the 86th General Assembly, Rep. Ragland also is a member of the House Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee and the House Agriculture, Forestry and Economic Development Committee. He also serves on the Joint Performance Review Committee and the Legislative Council.

Rep. Ragland is a pastor and economic developer. He is a past commissioner of the state Department of Rural Services and past member of the Witts Springs School Board. He is a Baptist. He and his wife Gail have a son, Jeremy.

Rep. Earnest Brown Jr. is in his first term representing District 16, which is composed of Jefferson County. Rep. Brown is assistant speaker pro tempore for the state's 4th District Caucus, one of four assistant speakers appointed by Speaker of the House Benny C. Petrus.

For the 86th General Assembly, Rep. Brown also is a member of the House Judiciary Committee and the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. He also serves on the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee and is an alternate on the Joint Committee on Public Retirement and Social Security Programs.

Rep. Brown is an attorney. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. He is a Baptist. He and his wife Tina have three children, Earnest, Tinaya and Pierce.
