Clyde A. "Tony" Ferguson was appointed to the ARDC in 2008 by Governor Mike Beebe. He currently serves as the Chair of ARDC. He is a retired residential and commercial contractor with two daughters and a son. His hobbies include horseback riding and working on his ranch in Beebe.

David Johnson was appointed to the ARDC in 2009 by Governor Mike Beebe and currently serves as the ARDC Vice-Chair. He has been the Vice-Mayor of Hope for over 15 years and also owns and operates a car dealership there. He serves at the Chairman of the Hospital Board in Hope, on the Board of Directors for Southwest Development, and is a Commissioner for the Hope Tourism Board. He is also a member of the U of A Letterman Club and a former Razorback Football player. David is married to Alma and they have two children, Bryant and Nicole. He enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren and helping out in his community in his spare time. |

Dennis Donahou was appointed to the ARDC in 2008 by Governor Mike Beebe. Dennis and his wife Dollie have three children. He enjoys hunting, fishing and motorcycle riding. Dennis works as the Executive Secretary/Treasurer for the Arkansas Regional Council of Carpenters.

Wayne Nichols was appointed to the ARDC by the Speaker on the House in 2007and was reappointed by the Governor in 2010. He serves as Chair of the Rural Services Block Grant sub-committee. Mr. Nichols is retired after 43 years with E. Ritter & Company. He has served 6 years and 8 months in the House of Representatives and is currently a member of Arkansas Good Roads, Chamber of Commerce, and the American Legion. He is married to Gail and enjoys reading and gardening.

David Rainey was appointed to the ARDC by the Speaker of the House in 2010. David is currently the Superintendant for the Dumas School District and is employed as an Educator at the Delta Education Technology Center where he also serves on the Advisory Board. He served in the Arkansas House of Representatives for six years. David is also involved with the Dumas Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development. He is married to Christina and they have four sons. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and hiking.

Roy Ferrell was appointed to the ARDC by the Speaker of the House of Representatives during 2011. Roy currently serves as a Vice President & Trust Officer for Simmons First Trust Company, N.A. He is active in the Greater Pine Bluff Chamber of Commerce, the United Way of S. E. Arkansas, the Facilities Board of Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Clean & Beautiful, the Rotary Club of West Pine Bluff, is a friend of Scouting and is a member and life group pastor at Family Church in Jefferson County. Roy and his wife Trish, a professional photographer, have four children and eight grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, working in church ministries and an occasional round of golf.

Marvin Exum was appointed to the ARDC in 2011 by Governor Mike Beebe. He retired from Emerson Electric after 40 years and served as a supervisor for 30 of those years. He also served on the Criminal Detention Facility Review Committee for the 2nd Judicial District. He was a member of the Western Greene County Volunteer Fire Dept and Relay for Life. He and his wife, Jean, have a daughter and a son. He enjoys catering, fishing, and hunting. |

Bob Lucky was appointed to the ARDC in 2008 by Governor Mike Beebe. He serves on the County Fair sub-committee. He works as a Chevrolet Dealer in McGehee. Bob and his wife Alesia have two children. He enjoys hunting, tennis, traveling, and water sports. In addition to serving on the ARDC, he also serves as Chairman of Arkansas Tennis Patrons, 1st National Bank of McGehee Board, McGehee Industrial Foundation Board, Chairman of the McGehee Water Commission, and is a member of the First Presbyterian Church. |

Peggy Williams was appointed to the ARDC in 2011 by President Pro Tempore, Senator Paul Bookout. Peggy and her husband, Norman, live in Black Oak, where he has served as Mayor for 26 years. Peggy worked 15 years in management at American Greeting, in Osceola, and 34 years for Dowless Carpet Emporium, in Monette. She has one son and two grandchildren. She is very active with her family, church, community service projects, and as a country music promoter.
Lynn Caldwell Hawkins was appointed to the ARDC in 2011 by President Pro Tempore, Senator Paul Bookout. She is currently the Network/Community Development Manager for Community Health Centers of AR, Inc. (CHCA) and has been employed by CHCA since 2002. Lynn is a graduate of the 2009-2010 Delta Leadership Institute Executive Academy. She lived in Monroe County for 36 years at which time she moved to Phillips County and currently resides in Lexa. Lynn and her husband, Jim, have 5 children together. Lynn loves spending time with her family.
