Summary

 

TEA 3430 – 3440 has been revised to provide a definition of case management and to allow case management services for individuals who are employed to be extended from 30 days up to a maximum of twelve (12) months. 

 

TEA 5160 – 5163 is a new section that provides procedures to allow Extended Case Management services to be provided to individuals whose cases are closed due to employment.  Extended Case Management services may be provided for up to a maximum of 12 months after an individual’s cash assistance case has closed.
