Summary

The purpose of this Welfare-to-Work (WtW) policy revision is to revise the referral procedure for non-custodial parents (NCP). Because the NCP may live in a different county from the custodial parent, DHS will return the DCO-1426 to the OCSE Office who will then forward it to the appropriate WtW agency.
