Summary of Changes
TEA 5140 has been revised to
decrease the number of Extended Support Services Transportation Assistance
payments from two to one effective July 1, 2006.
TEA 10000 -10700, Simplified
Food Stamps entire section has been removed and replaced with TEA 10000 -10800,
Arkansas Work Pays.
Arkansas Act 1705 of 2005
established the Work Pays Program.
Arkansas Work Pays is a post employment, information, and referral
program.
Attached is the policy and
procedures section for the Arkansas Work Pays Program, which is
to be implemented on July 1, 2006.
Appendix F is the 2006
Federal Poverty Levels (100% FPL) by family size and the 185% maximum income
limits allowable under the low-income provisions. These amounts are effective April 1, 2006
through March 31, 2007
