Summary of Changes
TEA 2330 has been revised to include income that must be deemed available to a sponsored alien as countable unearned income.
TEA 2330.1 and TEA 2330.2 are new sections that have been added to incorporate policy and procedures for calculating the deemed income of a sponsored alien when determining eligibility of such an alien.
