Summary of Changes
TEA 6032.1 has been revised to delete the paragraph that refers to selecting individuals after the OJT/Employment agreement has been signed. Under current procedures, an OJT agreement is developed specific to the individual client.
TEA 6032.2 has been revised to provide current procedures for keying OJT Reimbursements to WISE.
TEA 6033 has been revised to delete references to OJT and Community Service site injuries. Steps for routing injury claims have been changed to reflect current procedures of sending requests for claim forms and the completed claim to the TEA Policy Unit.
TEA 6034 has been revised to delete the information regarding the 30-Day Employment Follow-up because this information is currently in TEA 5161.
TEA 6035 has been revised to include current information on the Work Opportunity Tax Credit and to include information on the Welfare to Work Tax Credit.
