Summary of Changes
TEA Policy 3615 has been revised to incorporate five additional eligibility criteria in the Welfare-to-Work Long Term Dependence Characteristics Group (30%).
Form DCO-1426, Welfare-to-Work Eligibility Certification, has been revised in accordance with the policy changes to include the five additional eligibility criteria in the Long-Term Dependence Characteristics Provision (30% Group). A copy of the form is attached and is also being issued to the Income Maintenance Forms Manual.
