Summary
TEA 3445 is a new section that provides general information about Individual Development Accounts (IDA). IDA is a pilot project that is currently only available in eleven counties. A new Appendix has been added that includes specific information about the agencies that will administer these accounts, the contact person in those agencies, and the counties the agencies will serve.
TEA 2272 has been revised to include Individual Development Accounts (IDA) as a disregarded resource.
