Summary of Changes  

For the period beginning April 1, 2008, the transfer of assets divisor has increased from $3972 to $4215.  Please note:  Policy at MS 3336.10 states: “When there is a change in the divisor, the penalty period will be reassessed at the next reevaluation, or earlier if requested, or at reapplication.”
