Summary of Changes
MS
3336.17 has been revised updating the Life Expectancy Tables from the SSA,
Office of the Actuary.
Refer
to these tables when determining a penalty for uncompensated transfers. When
income has been given away, the period of ineligibility will be determined
according to the amount of income not received, based on the life expectancy of
the individual who is being penalized. MS 3336.11 provides an example of
utilizing the Life Expectancy Tables.
