Subj: ElderChoices & AAPD Waiver Policy

As ElderChoices and AAPD Waiver policies are based on the same eligibility criteria, except for age, and have the same application process, the two policies have been combined into one section of policy. Information has also been added to clarify instructions for ElderChoices recipients entering or leaving LTC. The policies have been reformatted and renumbered under section [MS 26000.]
