The Estate Recovery Section has been moved under [MS 21700] through 21725. Additional reasons that OCC will not pursue recovery have been added. Hardship waiver requests will only be sent to OCC, who in turn will send the request and supporting documents to OPPD. Some hardship factors that will be considered were added, and decisions will be made by the DHS Central Office Hardship Waiver Committee.
