Purpose: DR--To construct a new 1 1/2 story single-family home with detached garage. Variance for north side yard setback.
Application for a Design Review Permit and Variance
Applicant: Gwenda Moorman
Location: 1819 Louisiana (Vacant Lot)
Purpose: DR--To construct a new two-story duplex. Variance for south side yard setback and for street parking for one vehicle.
Application for a Demolition Permit, Design Review Permit and Variance
Applicant: Association of Arkansas Counties
Location: 320 S. Victory
Purpose: Demolition Permit--to tear down the old Taste of Asia Restaurant building at 320 S. Victory for additional parking. DR--Construction of a new parking lot. Variance for full landscaping requirements based on City of Little Rock requirements.
Application for a Design Review Permit and Variance
Applicant: Marcel and Robert Nicorici
Location: 1306/1310-1312 Louisiana
Purpose: DR--To allow construction of a decorative security fence at the front of the property along Louisiana and a 6'-0" chain link fence along the north side of the property and the rear. Variance for the front fence to be 6'-0" in height instead of 40".
