When we have a vacancy, we pull active applications and supporting documents (from our 90 day file) and place them in the vacancy folder. Applications are reviewed for minimum qualifications. Applicants who meet minimum qualifications are referred to the interviewing supervisor for review and possible interviews. Applicants who were interviewed are notified of their final status when the vacancy is filled.
