Quarterly Formula Rate for Municipal and
(updated January 12, 2010)
In accordance with the requirements of Amendment
78 of the Arkansas Constitution the Bank Commissioner has set the maximum
lawful rate of interest for fixed and variable rate obligations, or the
formula rate for municipalities and counties.
