Commissioner Franks Reappointed

Commissioner

was sworn in for a second term June 29 by Sixth
Judicial Circuit Judge Collins Kilgore.
Commissioner Candace A. Franks has been reappointed
for a second term, Governor Beebe’s office announced on June 30. The four-year term will be through June 13,
2015. Ms. Franks was first appointed by
Governor Beebe on June 13, 2007, becoming the 21st Bank Commissioner
for the Arkansas State Bank Department.
Commissioner Franks has been at the Bank Department since 1980.
