NOTICE of RULEMAKING

The Arkansas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners hereby issue the following proposed rules and amendments to its Rules pursuant to its authority under Ark. Code Ann. §§ 17-81-101 et. seq.

Pursuant to Act 200 of the 90th General Assembly Fiscal Session (2016) and Acts 139, 315, 426, 645, 820, 990, 1011 of the 92nd General Assembly Regular Session (2019), the Rules of the Arkansas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners are being updated to include new rules for animal chiropractic, licensure for military veterans, pre-licensure backgound check waiver requests, reciprocity, preceptorship program, and amendments to current rules.

These proposed rules and amendments are available for review at the Arkansas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners office, 101 East Capitol Ave., Suite 209, Little Rock, AR 72201 and/or under the Law and Regulations section of this page. All public comments should be addressed to Director, Arkansas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, 101 East Capitol Ave., Suite 209, Little Rock, AR 72201 and should be received no later than March 9, 2020.

The public notice will run in the Democrat Gazette Sunday, February 9 - Tuesday, February 11.
