2012 License Renewal Forms were mailed on Friday, 10-28-2011.
The form is also available on our website on the FORMS page.  All licenses must be renewed by 12/31/11. If you did not renew your license on time, there is a $200 late fee.
 
 
 
Mission Statement

The State Board of
Chiropractic Examiners
was created by Act 126 of 1915,
as a regulatory board to:

One Provide for the licensing and examination
of chiropractors.
Two Ensuring that any person practicing or offering to practice chiropractic in the state is qualified and licensed.
Three Safeguard the public health and welfare of
the citizens of Arkansas.
