Arkansas Board of Apportionment

The Arkansas Board of Apportionment is comprised of the Governor, the Secretary of State and the Attorney General. Pursuant to Article 8 of the Arkansas Constitution, the Board redraws the district boundaries of the Branches of the General Assembly – the House of Representatives and the Senate – according to population reported in the United States decennial census.
