Post-License Education

New Brokers and Salespersons are required to complete Post-License education within the first year of issuance of the license. Brokers must complete up to 30 classroom hours and Salespersons 18 classroom hours. The Commission establishes the course content. If the Post-License requirement is not completed within the first year of issuance of the license the license will be placed on inactive status until completed. All post license education must be conducted by actual classroom attendance. (See Commission Regulation 11.5)
