To Whom It May Concern:
Welcome to the FY2007 Annual Report of Program Activity. With this sixth issue, I believe I have finally found the format which will be of greatest benefit to the user. Future editions might have additional statistics for Housing Production and Development Finance Programs.
Purposes and advantages of this new format include:
1. Even though this report is based on fiscal year (July 2006 June 2007), calendar year data will be available by utilizing two years of the report. For example, Calendar Year 2007 data will be available in this years report as January 2007 June 2007 statistics and July 2007 December 2007 will be presented in the FY2008 Annual Report of Program Activity. The July 2007 December 2007 data will be compiled in January 2008 but will not be posted on the web until September or October 2008. If you need these statistics before it is posted to the ADFA web, please contact me as indicated below.
2. More in-depth statistics at each level i.e., county, Congressional District and Statewide have been added for Homeownership.
3. The format at each level will provide you ready access to the purpose of your review of the statistics.
a. County Level If you need statistics only for one county, this is the level that would be best for you to utilize.
b. Congressional District Level For comparative analyses of all counties within a Congressional District, this is the level to use.
c. Statewide Level For cumulative statistics for the whole state or by Congressional District with no need for statistics by county, this is the best level.
4. Analytical text and graphs have been added after each category Homeownership, Housing Production and Development Finance at each of the Congressional District and Statewide format levels as Facts and Inferences. There are more analyses that can be completed than presented here. If federal, state, county or city official or if someone compiling statistics for a publication need different analyses, please contact Judy Brummett at contact information provided below.
