APB Services include license verifications and mailing lists.

*  Note:  Only Active Licensees are available through the online verification.  All others (voluntary inactive, inactive, provisional licensees, applicants) can be verified using the forms below.

Online License Verification   

ψ    You can verify more than once license and make one payment.
       ψ    Enter all of the licensees to verify. 
       ψ    The payment page will total all that you have chosen and you can make one payment
ψ    Currently, only ACTIVE, FULLY-LICENSED licensees can be verified online

If you are unable to verify a license through the online application, please use one of the forms below.  If payment is not immediately available, an invoice will be processed the following month for the service.

Charge:  $10 per verification of Arkansas psychologists and psychological examiners. Credit card payments are accepted.

If you have a verification form for your company, you may use that in place of the APB form.   

Completed verifications may be RETURNED by e-mail (scanned in Adobe .pdf form), fax or mail.  Please include the following for return:

        1) an e-mail address,
        2) a fax number, or
        3) a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE).

Please note which return method you would like.

All credit card information will be deleted for security purposes.

Online:  Online verification is available here.  MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted payments.

A license verification form and a $10 payment is required.  Please click here. 

Licensees, Provisional Licensees and Applicants needing verification from another State or Province:  
A Board verification request must be submitted to the licensing State or Province.  The Arkansas Psychology Board does not charge for this service.  Please click here.
