License Numbers
Top

To improve record keeping, zeros have been added to single digits.  Therefore, if your license number has a 1-9 in it, add a zero before that digit, i.e. 99-01E instead of
99-1E.

License Numbers - How We Assign Your Number!

There are as many different license numbers as there are licensing Boards.  Here’s how Arkansas does it:

* The first two digits are the year you were licensed.
* The second two digits are simply the number in line that you are in when you
    get licensed.
* The letter is the level you are licensed:  P – Psychologist and E – Examiner.

Examples:
*  99-01E, the person was licensed in 1999 and was the first person to be fully licensed
in that year as a Psychological Examiner.
*  02-14P, the person was licensed in 2002 and was the fourteenth person to be fully
licensed in that year as a Psychologist.
