List and General Description of Records, Including Data Bases

The Arkansas Board of Examiners office maintains permanent files for each applicant who seeks a Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy license to practice in the state of Arkansas. The individual file includes the application, picture of the individual, statement of the Board approved scope of practice, licensed copy, renewal dates, training and continuing education documentation. Records of required post master's supervision, required by law, are kept in each individual folder. If any complaints or disciplinary actions have been filed, the records are in the individual's folder. Names and addresses of all licensed individuals are maintained and available electronically or hard copy in alphabetical or zip code order.

Copies of the records may be obtained by contacting the Board Office.
